About Me

Health, fitness and injury have been a huge part of my life as a passionate sports person and Adventure Sports Guide of ten years.

I hold the following qualifications:

- Diploma of Remedial Massage

- Cert IV in Outdoor Recreation

- Freediving SSI Masters Level 3

- Guide White Water Rafting/Kayaking

Growing up in the Blue Mountains with an adventurous family gave me the early opportunity to pursue a career as an Adventure Sports Guide. Canyoning, rock climbing and abseiling all summer in the Blue Mountains National Park had me constantly moving; keeping fit, healthy and respectful of my body’s needs. During the winters I've worked as an Outdoor Educator, Alpine Touring Guide, Ski Technician and Boot Fitter here in the Snowy Mountains, Jindabyne.

My treatment style as a Massage Therapist comes from first hand experience with pain and dysfunction in the body after experiencing various injuries, traumas and stresses. My right shoulder has sustained eight dislocations over two years, followed by key hole surgery and twelve months of rehabilitation (white water kayaking accident). My experience with multiple fractures and soft tissue injuries, coupled with an extensive understanding of training and nutrition, has provided me with a well rounded understanding of sporting injuries. Using this knowledge and insight, I can offer a personalised, holistic approach to massage.

As a registered Massage Therapist you can make claims on the spot with your health insurance provider. I am fully insured and continually upskill in order to keep current in the industry.
